Mr. Frankie Koh has been training dogs since 1988. He has trained under Australian, New Zealander and British Instructors. He holds the Novice Obedience Judge's Certificate but have since retired from the Kennel Club circuit for many years now. He is also a New Zealand certified Dog Groomer.
